Push Pier Installation
At Sutton Speciality, we use the SaberToothTM Push Pier system as a permanent solution for unstable soil conditions. The ground around your home is excavated until the bottom of the foundation footing is exposed. We use a hydraulic ram to push the pier to the load bearing layer of rock beneath your home. Once your foundation is lifted and level, the cylinders are removed and we begin backfill.
